Chad Angle is an accomplished executive who commenced his career as director of learning and development for Sears Holdings Corp. in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, he was responsible for managing the training and production of eight locations throughout America and Latin America from 2008 to 2011.

Early Career History

International Cruise & Excursions Inc.

Relocating to London, Mr. Angle served as International Cruise & Excursions Inc.’s managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Over the next three years, he pioneered a highly effective direct-to-consumer marketing channel, drove expansion into four key European markets, and developed a new market in Florida.

Modern Consulting

In 2012, Mr. Angle founded Modern Consulting, an Arizona-based global management consulting firm that advises clients on organizational development, operations, and business strategy. In this role, he oversaw strategic consulting and market analysis, operational excellence and client engagement, and entrepreneurial leadership and business growth, collaborating with major brands such as Microsoft, Google, Kay Jewelers, and Comcast.

Comcast Business

From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Angle was enlisted by Comcast Business in Philadelphia as head of sales and sales operations. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing six offices, six senior leadership members, and over 2,500 indirect reports, managing a $5 billion annual revenue budget.

Mr. Angle has also held additional leadership and sales positions with several prestigious companies, including the global sales and marketing solutions company Televerde. He has also served in various C-Suite positions, including CEO and COO.

Safety Services Company

Chad Angle served as CRO for Safety Services Company in Tempe, Arizona, from 2020 to 2021. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations and overall strategy, overseeing two offices, eight direct reports, and more than 150 indirect reports working in new product development, customer service, sales, product fulfilment, data services, and operational excellence. During his time with Safety Services Company, Mr. Angle successfully closed deals with both Toyota and Netflix, bolstering the company’s $150 million annual revenue. He also led the development and successful launch of over a dozen new products during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing his ability to innovate under pressure and lead through intense market adversity.

From 2021 to 2022, Chad Angle served as senior vice president of sales and service at the New York-based company Policygenius. Recruited to spearhead revenue strategy and comprehensive operations, Mr. Angle oversaw two offices, including over 40 leaders and 400 indirect reports engaged in product fulfilment, B2C sales, quality assurance, and learning and development. During his time with Policygenius he implemented a comprehensive overhaul of sales processes, increasing first-call conversion rates by 12% and improving overall operational efficiency significantly.

Mr. Angle formerly served as vice president of sales and service at Zillow Group in Seattle, Washington, having joined the company in 2022. A results-driven sales leader, he focused on market expansion and organizational growth. In addition to overseeing all daily operations of customer-facing teams, he also managed the overall revenue strategy of the company, which had a value of circa $2 billion – showcasing exceptional leadership in strategic growth and revenue generation.

Mr. Angle has pursued academic enrichment at Liberty University and Yale University, most recently completing the Executive Program in Leadership: The Effective Use of Power at Stanford Graduate Business School.
